Our six-step process
From your first message to the first month of settling in — here's what to expect.
Reach out
Send us a message through the contact form on any page. We'll respond personally — no call centers, no pressure — usually within one business day.
Private tour
Come see the home. Meet the staff, walk the rooms, share a cup of tea. Bring your loved one if they're up for it, or come first on their behalf.
Care assessment
A licensed pre-admission assessment reviews mobility, cognition, medications, dietary needs, and daily living support. We use it to confirm we're the right fit — and to build a personal care plan.
Paperwork
State-required admission agreement, resident appraisal, physician's report, and financial arrangements. We walk each family through every form.
Move-in day
We keep it calm. Furniture and personal belongings arrive ahead of time, the room is set up before your loved one steps in, and staff are ready to greet them by name.
The first 30 days
Regular check-ins with the family, care-plan adjustments as we learn preferences, and steady daily rhythm to help the new home feel familiar.
Move-in checklist
What to bring
We handle the beds, linens, meals, and household essentials. Families bring what makes a room feel personal.
- Recent physician's report (within the past 30 days)
- Current medication list, including dosages
- Insurance cards & advance directives (if applicable)
- TB clearance (staff will guide you)
- Personal items: clothing, toiletries, favorite blanket, family photos
- Any small furniture or décor from home that brings comfort
Who we serve
Our license and small-home setting are best suited to residents who fit these general criteria.
Older adults
Age 60+, needing daily-living support, medication reminders, or 24-hour supervision.
Memory-care needs
Residents with early-to-moderate dementia who benefit from a quiet, consistent environment.
RCFE-appropriate
Non-medical care as defined by California RCFE regulations. We'll help assess fit during the tour.
